The domain name, iExploreFlorida.com should really explain what we’re about. Basically bringing anything Florida related to your attention. This blog and the accompanying directory are aimed squarely at pointing visitors to the ‘Sunshine State’ to online resources that will help with their stay and hopefully make people aware of attractions and resources that would usually be missed.
We are not about having the most resources in our directory, just the most useful, relevant and best resources. Google is great but having to sift through millions of results and remove the spam/junk first can be a chore. Here, things are more specific and to the point. Of course this is always going to be a work in progress so things will be omitted at first so its important that you send in your suggestions to us at tips@iexploreflorida.com.
The site is not ad driven and we don’t rely on affiliate link commissions or ‘click-thru’s’ to keep us going, we are completely driven by editorial quality and relevance.
We are relatively new but we are already making inroads into the major search engine indexes. Search for ‘florida travel resources’ in any of the ‘big three’ MSN, Google and Yahoo and we’re pretty much up there.
